UK Mainland Standard Delivery - £3.50 (postage items) £5.99 (courier items) delivered within 1-5 working days. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £60.00.

Non Mainland U.K Delivery - the following surcharges and changes to service will apply for those locations outside the Mainland U.K classification.
Standard delivery (courier items) can take 2-5 days and a £10.00 surcharge will apply for the following areas/postcodes:-
Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Returns - We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange then you have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to notify us, either by email to email@example.com or by phone on 01564 782173. You then must return the goods in an unused condition within 14 days after you have notified us to 'Plate and Bowl' at the address shown. We recommend that you post your order back to us via a tracking delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged or used returns, neither do we reimburse returns postage costs. Please ensure that your parcel is packed very well, so that the item(s) cannot move around in the box. If goods arrive back to us damaged we will deduct the relevant cost of this from your refund. We will refund your order minus any relevant costs within 14 days of return.

Damaged or Faulty Items - If you believe your item is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing please include as many detailed photographs of the damaged/faulty item as you can, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly arrange a replacement. We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time. We will arrange collection of the faulty item(s) from you (if necessary) and cover the delivery cost of the replacement.
